Elden Ring Millicent Questline
Gowry’s Shack
To start the quest you first need to talk to Gowry, who is located north of Sellia Gateway. Gowry will ask you to help a young girl named Millicent.
Unalloyed Gold Needle
To advance the quest, you must defeat the boss named Commander O'Neil in Caelid. You can find it west of Gowry's Shack. After defeating Commander O'Neil, you need to take the Unalloyed Gold Needle to Gowry. To advance the quest, after giving Gowry the needle, you need to rest at the nearest grace and talk to Gowry again.
Find Millicent to Help Her
Millicent is located in the Church of the Plague, located in the middle of Caelid, from the moment you start the game. You will find her lying against the wall inside the structure. You need to interact with her and give her the needle to advance the quest. After you give her the needle, you must rest in any state of grace and speak to Millicent again in the Church of the Plague. Then you need to go to Gowry's Shack. There you should contact Millicent again. Then you need to talk to Gowry in the same place, after resting in any grace.
Millicent at Erdtree Gazing Hill
When you make certain progress in the game, you will see Millicent watching the castle in the Altus Plateau region. Millicent's story continues along with your main story. After talking to Millicent, you need to find Millicent a prosthetic arm to advance the quest.
Valkyrie’s Prosthesis
In The Shaded Castle, you have to progress by defeating enemies and searching around. You can obtain Valkyrie's Prosthesis by looting the chest in a room inside the castle. This item is required to advance Millicent's quest. According to the lore of the game, this item is a prosthesis used by one-armed Valkyries. After obtaining Valkyrie's Prosthesis, you must return to Millicent and give her the prosthetic arm.
Windmill Village
The next area to find Millicent is Windmill Village on the Altus Plateau. You will see villagers dancing and burning nobles at the entrance of the town. Beyond the town, you must defeat a boss named Godskin Apostle. If you return to Windmill Village after defeating Godskin Apostle, you can find Millicent there. You can continue the quest by talking to Millicent.
Next Locations to Find Millicent
To advance Millicent's quest, you need to dialogue with her in two more regions. These areas are Snow Valley Ruins and Prayer Room in Haligtree. After talking to Millicent in these areas, you will be nearing the end of her quest.
Millicent Quest Endings
Millicent's quest has two endings. One of these endings is the end where you fight Millicent and the other is the end where you help Millicent. To reach these endings, you must defeat the Rot Worm located near the Elphael Inner Wall. After defeating him, you will see two signs that you will be summoned to either fight Millicent or assist Millicent. If you choose the red mark, you must fight against Millicent and defeat her. If you choose this ending, you will get the item called Millicent's Prosthesis. We also recommend checking out Gowry's Shack if you chose this ending. If you choose to help Millicent, you and Millicent will defeat the enemies. If you choose this ending, you can unlock another option for the ending of the main story of the game.
