Unstuck Alexander at Northern Stormhill
You can find him around Northern Stormhill, West to the river and North of the Agheel Lake North Site of Grace. He will be stuck in a hole in this area. You need to help him to advance the mission. To help Alexander, you need to attack him until he comes out of the pit. After Alexander comes out of the hole, you can advance the quest by talking to him.
Talk to Alexander in Gael Tunnel
