Assassin’s Creed Mirage Mysterious Shard Locations Guide
You can collect these shards and exchange them for rewards in a secret room in the Northern Oasis.
Mysterious Shard Rewards
You can visit to the secret room in the Northern Oasis and buy the dagger called "Samsaama" in exchange for two mysterious shards. This dagger comes with a +27 damage and +27 def. damage bonus, as well as the passive ability called “Life Steal”, which allows you to regenerate 10% health with every fifth hit.
You can get the sword called "Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegar" from the secret room in the Northern Oasis for three mysterious shards. This sword comes with a +46 attack and a +78 defensive damage bonus. Additionally, this sword has a passive ability called “Blood Price,” which increases your damage by 50% but reduces your hit points by 50%.
The last item you can get from the secret room in the Northern Oasis is the armour set called "Milad's Outfit", which costs five mysterious shards. This armour comes with the ability called “Forgotten Terror.” The Forgotten Terror ability allows your air assassinations to explode with lightning within a 15-meter area and confuse the enemies.
Mysterious Shard Locations
Assassin's Creed Mirage has 10 locations where you can collect mysterious shards. Two of these shards are in Harbiyah, two in Abbasiyah, two in Round City, two in Karkh, and the last two in Wilderness.
Harbiyah
The first mysterious shard in Harbiyah is found in cult members travelling on the route between the Upper Harbor, the Prince's Palace, and the Khurasan Gate Guardhouse. You can get the mysterious shard by assassinating these members or pickpocketing.
The second mysterious shard in Harbiyah is found in cult members travelling between the Great Mosque and the Soap Boiler's District.
Abbasiyah
You can get the first mysterious shard in Abbasiyah by killing the cult members patrolling the Observatory and House of Wisdom route. Regardless of whether you assassinate or fight, you will get the mysterious shard when you kill the sect members.
You can get the second mysterious shard in this area from the target travelling between Four Market Gate and Hammam to Kufa Gate. If you do not want to fight after stealing the Mysterious shard, you can hide out of the enemies' field of view.
Karkh
You can find the first mysterious shard in Karkh in the Sharqiyah Gate area. We recommend that you investigate the parts of this area close to the Great Garrison, Cookmen's Quarter and Confiscation Warehouse structures.
You can obtain the second mysterious shard in Karkh from the cult member travelling between Baghdad and the Pomegranate Gate near the Bazaar.
Wilderness
You can find the first mysterious shard in the Wilderness in the Anbar region near Basim's home village. The target usually travels on a road in a south-west direction.
You can find the second mysterious shard in the Wilderness just outside the village of Jarjaraya. To find the destination, you can follow the coastal road southeast of Karkh.
Round City
To get the first mysterious shard in Round City, you need to kill the cult member in the market area in the southwestern part of the Mazalim Courts. You can either attract the target's attention to catch him alone, or you can kill the target in front of everyone and escape.
To obtain the final Assassin's Creed Mirage Mysterious Shard, you need to kill the cult member in the Residential Area of the Harem.
Is Mysterious Shard Equipment OP?
Although the three pieces of equipment you can get by using the Mysterious Shards have different abilities and stat points, they are not necessary for you to become stronger in the game or to complete the game. But if you want to complete the game 100%, you need to buy them.
